How much weight will i lose in a month?
  • If you are above 45 and a female you will lose 3 to 4 KGS
  • If you are under 45 and a female you will lose 4 to 5 KGS
  • If you are under 30 and a female you will lose 5 to 6 KGS
  • If you are above 45 and a male you will lose 4 to 5 KGS
  • If you are under 45 and a male you will lose 5 to 6 KGS
  • If you are under 30 and a male you will lose 7 to 8 KGS

*If your serum insulin is above 10 you will lose half of the above.

*10% people have a serum insulin problem.

* This program fixes your serum insulin over time and then you reduce weight.

How long do i have to be on the program and when i leave will i gain it all back?

Your consultant will advise you the length of your program.

Certainly not. You will not gain if you do one month of our life style program. That will teach you the following:

  1. What is your regular daily calories in a day?
  2. What all you can add to your existing foods?
  3. How to manage Carbs and fruits?
  4. How much to exercise?
  5. What to do after a binge?

If you will take charge of the above you will never gain in life. If not the know you will gain it all back.

What to eat if i don’t like a particular meal or feel hungry?

If you don’t like a meal we have sent them you can do the below.

Our preferred advice is;

  1. Eat raw salted butter with a spoon, as much as you can. The calories won’t count.
  2. Or eat and couple of cucumbers with chart masala or lemon, salt and pepper.
  3. Or eat two eggs boiled or the way you like.
  4. Or order some barbecue of your choice or a steak not more than 125 grams.
  5. Oder subway salad with no sweet sauces.

Generally this doesn’t happen. But if it does then follow the above.

How much do i need to exercise?

We recommend not to exercise for first 10 days.

Moderate exercise is essential to health. So we recommend walk, yoga or cycling for 20 mins and then expect you to build it to 45 mins to an hour.

Golf is also good or another mild sport.

Weight training with moderate weights is good.

Don’t Swim, Run, Cross Train, Boot Camp, Power or heavy lift. Kick Box etc

The idea is not to drop you glucose level quickly as the food you are eating are power full but they replenish your glucose slowly. They are good for endurance but not good for quick bursts of energy.

We are trying to lose weight and not build strength. These are two different processes.

When you have lost your weight then you can build your muscle strength all you want. But not on this plan. You can only maintain your existing muscle strength on this plan.

You must develop and exercise routine on this program.

What are my challenges on this program?

You have three challenges on this program.

  1. Remember the first 72 hours or three days are difficult. Then you will be fine on the fourth day. As you will go into the Ketosis state.
  1. The weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint. So control your excitement and build up your rhythm and keep your focus and perceiver. You will make it to the end. One stride at a time.
  1. Just don’t think too much about what you are giving up. Just think of what you will gain.

– A smarter you.
– A faster you.
– A stronger you.
– A friendly you.
– A totally happy you.

You are not all of that when you are obese.

Why do i have to send my weight everyday?

You have to weight yourself everyday in the morning on an electronic weighting scale after your toilet routine and post y on the group.

It is imperative that you do this as we monitor your progress and also see the effect of the no if grams of food sent to you.

In case your weight plateaus for too long we change either the ratio of the macros or the adjust the quantity by 5 or 10 grams.

We are blind on your progress if you don’t send your weight daily.

Besides as per our experience those who send their weight daily are more serious an focused than those who don’t.

Your chances of success depend on this habit.
